Terms & Conditions :

1. Validity Period : 2 Years from the date of top-up <
2. Prepaid value in each card will be stored in Ringgit Malaysia.
3. Payment made for the card will be considered as a complete transaction and Cardholders are not entitled to demand or claim for refunds or reimbursement of whole or any part of the unutilized value of the card under whatever circumstances.
4. The card with sufficient value will be accepted at all of the outlets of CBTL in Peninsular Malaysia and website hosted by CTBL. Value of products/services by Cardholders will be deducted from the total value of the card once the order is accepted by CBTL. The Cardholders are not entitled to change their order after the relevant transaction has been recorded.
5. Cardholders may check the balance of his/her card value online through CBTL's website or at the designated outlets.
6. Each Cardholder may hold more than one (1) card at the same time, however, the value available in each card cannot be combined.
7. Value of the card shall be automatically cancelled without further notice if the validity period of the card had expired, terminated by CBTL with or without assigning any reasons (no objections or appeals will be entertained and the Cardholders do not have any further claims whatsoever in relation thereto) or termination/cessation of the card program.
8. CBTL shall not be liable for any prepaid value deducted in furtherance to usage that may be made by person other than the Cardholder under whatever circumstances.
9. Lost/stolen card will not be replaced. Balance of the value available in that card will not be replaced or reinstated in whatever manner.
10. All damaged cards can be replaced, provided that the Cardholder is able to provide such information required by CBTL at the material time and all damaged cards must be returned to CBTL before a replacement is given. Replacement is subject to payment of the prevailing replacement fees imposed, if any.
11. CBTL has the right at any time and at its sole discretion, with or without notice, to limit, add, amend or delete in whole or in part these T&C, rules, conditions and policies of the Program. The amendment and supplement T&C, rules, conditions and policies shall be binding on the Cardholders as long as his/her card is valid under these T&C.
