Terms & Conditions :

1. Validity Period : 6 Months
2. The denomination of this coupon shall be based on the value stated on the voucher.
3. Any request to extend the expiry date will not be entertained.
4. This coupon is valid for single use at Flowrider 1 Utama only.
5. All riders must present a government photo identification in order to ride
6. You must be over 107cm (42”) to bodyboard on the FLOWRIDER®
7. You must be over 122cm (48”) to ride standup on the FLOWRIDER ®
8. If you are below the age of 18, you must be accompanied by your parent or legal guardian with a valid photo identification for sign off
9. It is not exchangeable for cash or credit value.
10. If your purchase is higher value than the value stated in this coupon, differences can be paid by cash, credit card or any other payments accepted by Flowrider 1 Utama, which shall be advised from time to time.
11. Notwithstanding the above, no refund will be provided if the purchase value is lesser than the value of this coupon.
12. Flowrider 1 Utama will only accept original coupons for each transaction.
13. Flowrider 1 Utama will not replace nor compensate for any lost/damaged coupon for whatsoever reason.
14. Purchased goods and services sold are non-refundable.
15. Flowrider 1 Utama reserves the right to amend any of the Terms and Conditions as and when it is deemed fit without prior notice.
