Package Details :
- Validity : 1 Year
- Can be shared up to 5 persons only. Each flight is 50 seconds long.
- Should there be less than 5 persons, the total time of 10 flights will be divided equally.
- Booking can be made either via email to [email protected] or phone at +603-77285588, by quoting the e-coupon's code.
- Any rescheduling may result in a fee. Please call +603-77285588 for any amendments.
- Redeemer must arrive at least 1 hour prior to the booked session.
- Any bookings that is moved 7 days before the flight is subject to rebooking fee, this is also applicable if redeemer arrives late for the flight, which is classified as 1-hour before the booked flight time, as there is no cancel or refund flights.
- Only 1 person in the wind at a time.
- All packages include a comprehensive training session, flight suit, goggles, helmet, ear plugs and hands-on assistance of a qualified instructor while in the tunnel.
- All flights must be finished within the session and they are not allowed to be shared, transferred or carried forward. However, the whole coupon can be transferred.
- There will be no replacement or refund for any expired coupons, cancellation or late comers.
- Proper dressing and behaviour must be observed while in the facility.
- This coupon and its booking are subject to the AirRider General Flight Terms & Conditions available at Terms of Service, and each flyer/participant must abide by these flight terms.
- AirRider reserves the right to refuse, alter, amend, delete or add to the stated terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Waiver Restrictions :
- Are 3 years old and above
- Are not pregnant
- Are not under the influence of alcohol or non-prescription drugs
- Are under 105kg if under 180cm; under 115kg if over 180cm
- Are not wearing a plaster cast
- Do not suffer from any neck, back or heart conditions
- Have not previously suffered a dislocated shoulder
- Have signed our terms and conditions waiver form when you check in for the booking
- Are accompanied by an adult if you are below 18 years old
